ABSTRACT
The transition to a restorative circular economy is a global imperative, yet its success is fundamentally limited by a lack of societal eco-literacy.
While immersive media shows potential, a significant mechanistic gap exists in understanding how these tools move users from mere presence
to actionable circular behaviour. This paper investigates immersive media and digital storytelling as transformative educational tools to
bridge this gap. Using a qualitative design and purposive sampling, this study analyzes global case studies within a Blended Learning (BL)
framework. The findings indicate that narrative-driven digital experiences effectively motivate awareness and reflection. The study synthesizes
these results into a conceptual model linking immersive media directly to circular behavioural adoption. Effectively integrated immersive media
enables continuous learning for a sustainable transition. Strategic scaling and localization are recommended to equip future generations
with a circular mindset.
